The Village Story Continues............

Since the publication of The Ramsden Village Story, there has been a pause in our research, but the book has brought in a lot of new material.

We now plan to prepare a supplement to the book to cover this as well as subjects which the Story omitted.

Before we published the Story, we compiled the Domesday Record which contains a history of every house in the parish. This will soon be 20 years old and we have decided to update it.

To complete these, we need more help. Anyone prepared to assist is invited to our next meeting at Grey Barn on Monday 27th February at 8pm, or if you cannot come to the meeting, please contact Dick Williamson on 01993 868241.
